Tae get your juices gaun we’ve
the brawest Indian food fur ye.
Goan specialities
caller oot o Scotland’s seas.
King prawns hottered wi a sauce,
tomatay, ingan, special spice;
a yoghurt pickle mixter-maxter,
rice maskit wi fine rose watter.
Try Shabnam, a receipt fae
the fithills o the Himalayas;
a wee paratha oan the side,
Basmati birled wi mustard seed.
A toothsome dish wi plenty teeth,
oor het an sherp Jalfrezie
isnae fur the chucken hertit!
– jist fur fowk that like it gey het.
Afore yer meal comes tae an end,
ye’ve goat tae try the brawest blend
o Indian and Scottish flavours:
vegetable HAGGIS fritters!
