POEMS BIBLIOGRAPHY

Stephanie Green, born in Sussex, is of Irish/English parentage. She was educated at Trinity College, Dublin (1970), with a Masters in Modernism (in Literature and Fine Art) from Kent University (1978) and an M.Phil in Creative Writing from Glasgow University (2004).

Green’s supernatural novel The Triple Spiral, was published by Walker Books in1989. Her poems have been published in a variety of literary magazines, and in several anthologies, including Into the Forest: an anthology of tree poems (2013) and Signal (2016). She has published three pamphlets- the most recent being Flout, inspired by the Shetland landscape, folklore and culture, was published by HappenStance in 2015. More recently Berlin Umbrella, her poetry/sound collaboration with Sonja Heyer, was launched in Berlin in 2018 and went on to appear at StAnza, 2020.

She has taught at all levels, and is now freelance. She moved to Edinburgh in late 1999 and has received a New Writers’ Award and several other bursaries from Creative Scotland.
