Shane Strachan

POEMS BIBLIOGRAPHY

Shane Strachan is a former Scots Scriever (National Library of Scotland; Creative Scotland) and was awarded Scots Champion at the 2023 Scots Language Awards. His poems have appeared in various literary magazines and on BBC Radio 4, and his first full collection is titled DWAMS (Tapsalteerie). He also exhibited his spoken-word project The Bill Gibb Line in Aberdeen Art Gallery, followed by further commissions on the Aberdeenshire fashion designer for V&A Dundee. He holds a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Aberdeen where he now lectures.
