POEMS BIBLIOGRAPHY

Sarah Wallis is a writer living by the sea on the East Coast of Scotland in the pretty town of Dunbar. Originally from London, she moved to Dunbar in 2019 from Yorkshire having studied at Leeds as an undergraduate, followed by UEA for her Masters, where she studied with George Szirtes and Denise Riley, and then switched disciplines from poetry to complete an MPhil in Playwriting at Birmingham.

Her most recent chapbook was published in 2024, Poet Seabird Island, by a new American press, Boats Against the Current. The book reflects a change of landscape in the poet now living by the sea in sight of two small islands, one of which, Bass Rock, is home to the largest colony of gannets in the world.
