Kenneth Steven

Kenneth Steven was born in Glasgow, grew up in Highland Perthshire, and now lives in Argyll. He took his degree at the University of Glasgow, and has studied and taught in Norway, and translated from Norwegian.

He is a widely published poet, novelist and children’s author, with fourteen book length collections of poetry (see bibliography below). The wild landscapes of the Highlands, and the development of Celtic Christianity have been his main sources of inspiration.
