Gate folded card, inviting the reader to ‘breathe in’ and ‘breathe out’ as they unfold each arm.

A folded card work bearing the words ‘breathe in’, is opened to reveal the text, ‘breathe out’. This is repeated rhythmically to evoke the expansion and compression of the lungs.
