Poetry in schools

illustration of children playing

The library has a great collection of books for teachers, children and young people who like to read, write or study poetry. We welcome arranged class visits to the library and are happy to include a tour or a chat with one of the Librarians and a chance to look at available resources.

The library is open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm and on Friday 10am to 1pm. If you would like more information about our children’s collection or services to schools please email reception@spl.org.uk and mark for the attention of the Head Librarian.
