This is a delivery of 8 zoom sessions (Fridays 1100 – 1300) mixing mindfulness and creative writing. Join us for one, some or all of them – they are stand alone sessions, there is no charge and no limit to numbers of participants. These are practices that you will then be able to do on your own, and many people who have been doing the mindfulness and creative writing sessions have declared they helped with the difficulties of the pandemic of 2020. The project is funded by Foundation Scotland from Response Fund and assisted by Lapidus Scotland.
