Dial-A-Poem with the Crossed Lines Project: The resource gives you free access to over 60 new poems by contemporary award-winning writers from Africa, America, Asia and Europe. Learn more here.

The Stove Network, based in Dumfries, has been commissioning poets and artists to respond to the current pandemic. Their Homegrown project explores a new folklore with micro-commissions, including Stuart Paterson, Daniel Gillespie, Jenna Macrory, Eòghann Mac Colla and Simon Lidwell.

Ledbury Poetry Festival is online this weekend!

It was #NationalWritingDay on Wednesday and Poetry Society commissioned a brand new resource on nature writing by Pascale Petit, looking at poems by Linda France and Dominic Bury to help you write your own nature poems. Download for free here.

Makar to Makar continues with wonderful poets and singers curated by Jackie Kay. This week included Peter Mackay, Chris McQueer, and Suzanne Bonar. You can watch again here and tune in at makar2makar.com every Thursday for more.

Join Lambda Literary for a celebration of Pride month with some of the community’s most dynamic stars in a series of online readings and conversations throughout June. All events are live with the exception of the June 30 presentation with Jane Wagner, Lily Tomlin and Hilton Als, which has been prerecorded. Recordings of each event will be captioned and posted to Lambda Literary’s YouTube Channel.

Neptune’s Glitter House for WayWard Poets is poetry readings series broadcast live on Zoom. Poets chill, drink wine, read work in their pjs, hosted by Serge Neptune (@mermanpoet).
