Everybody knows the SPL likes a podcast. We put out one every month featuring interviews with poets from Scotland and around the world. So, it was a matter of great pleasure for us when earlier this year Slightly Foxed invited us to take part in one of their podcasts.
Slightly Foxed is, in their own words, an ‘independent-minded book review magazine that combines good looks, good writing and a personal approach. Slightly Foxed introduces its readers to books that are no longer new and fashionable but have lasting appeal.’
In July, our regular podcast host Colin Waters traveled to London to take part in a podcast about Orcadian poet and novelist George Mackay Brown, ‘Orkney’s Prospero’. He was joined by Mackay Brown’s biographer Maggie Fergusson.
