Norman Kreitman

Norman Kreitman (1927 - 2012)



Norman Kreitman was born in London and trained as a doctor at Westminster Hospital, later specialising in psychiatry. In 1966 he moved to Edinburgh to take up a research post and lived there until his death. His collections of poetry include Touching Rock (1987), and Against Leviathan (1989), both published by Aberdeen University Press, and Casanova's 72nd Birthday, published by Akros in 2003. Dancing in the Dark: New and Selected Poems was published in 2010.
