Poet, editor and writer Kevin Cadwallender was born in Hartlepool and now lives in Scotland. He is the Scottish commissioning editor for Red Squirrel Press. His collections include Colouring in Guernica (Red Squirrel, 2007), and Dances with Vowels: New and Selected Poems (Smokestack, 2009).
