Biography

Summary

Deric Bolton was born in Paisley and lived in Edinburgh for most of his life, working as a research chemist. He was a longstanding member of the Poetry Association of Scotland, and Vice-Chair of the Scottish Association for Speaking of Verse. His first collection, Glasgow Central Station, was published in 1972 and a volume of his selected poems, August Morning on Tweed, was published by Galliard in 1991.
