Kenneth Steven

In this new and deeply intimate collection, Kenneth reflects on bereavement, marital breakdown, the pain of separation from his beloved young daughter and the search for ‘home’.

Kenneth’s poetry to date has always focused on the natural world. Finding himself struggling to address his harrowing circumstances, it becomes clear that the words he needs will only be found by journeying inside to a deeply personal place.

Read in his trademark calm and reflective style, Kenneth will discuss what drove him to write this latest collection and how he has, eventually, found light at the end of the tunnel.

Kenneth is an accomplished writer and poet who was based in Aberfeldy but now on the Isle of Seil, and whose previous work includes The Well Of The North Wind and Iona: Poems.
